I read Michaelides' first book, The Silent Patient, when it came out and remember being very struck by it. The premise itself didn't really call to me but the writing and book itself did! This book, on the other hand, is something that seems right up my alley and I'm already so intrigued just on the synopsis and the snippet we got here. I can't wait to read more from this book!
