I love historical fiction. I love WWII fiction. And I love novels that teach me about a new aspect of history I hadn't heard of before. And The Lost Girls of Paris hits all those marks!

The novel details the lives of British, female, secret agents during WWII, and one woman's journey to find out the truth about them. Not only does this novel give you an astounding sisterhood, but unveils a group of soldiers that are not frequently talked about, depicted in movies, or given their rightful credit.

I enjoyed the wartime story, but the "present" day storyline was a little forced and cheesy.

I did not enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed The Alice Network, which covers a very similar cast and storyline; however, I enjoyed The Lost Girls of Paris enough to recommend to some friends and coworkers.
