The Lost girls of Paris takes place toward the end of WWII and shortly after the war. The main character Grace finds an old suitcase under a bench at Grand Central station. Even though it's not hers, she opens it to discover pictures of women in military uniforms. These pictures captivate her. She wants to know who these women are and why they were left in a suitcase under a bench in the terminal. Grace wonders if it belonged to the women who was struck by a car outside the station. This story takes you on Grace's emotional journey to discover who these girls are and what happened to them. Their story help Grace to discover her own inner strength. The way the author writes pulls you into the story. Definitely a Author that I would read more from.
