Apparently zombies starting taking over the world after 9/11 and I missed it. In this alternate reality they're apparently popping up all over the place with no origin point. Even a few pages in and it's already depressing - definitely for someone who enjoys the genre but probably not appealing for anyone else, especially in current times.
