The cover is okay. I get the symbolism of it but it doesn't really do anything for me. The blurb also does nothing to make me want to read it. Fraternal triplets, who were. conceived from IVF but apparently feel nothing for each other. And then mom has a fourth kid after the triplets start college. Nothing about this makes me want to read it. But I tried the excerpt anyway. First, I'm not sure why the excerpt started on chapter 5. I'm guessing the first 4 chapters are about the trials of going through IVF, which, if the book is about the triplets and their lack of familial connection, I'm not sure why that would take 4 chapters. Regardless, the excerpt did nothing to change my mind. This is likely a pass for me.
