The Last Voyage of Poe Blythe was a great young adult read. I was very upset with the ending, but that makes for a good book. I did not see the ending coming and as an avid reader, I pride myself on being able to predict the book activities. Poe has it hard and there are so many things in her world that she does not have all of the information about to understand. Only when she is confronted with people and consequences of actions does all the truth come out. Poe's life has not been as it has seemed and she finds out who her best friend and true love was and who ended up killing him. A complex, rich young adult novel that will have you guessing to the end.
