Ivy and Autumn are sisters, but that is the only thing that they have in common. Autumn's risky ways end up catching up with her, placing her in the path of danger. When Autumn goes missing, no one but Ivy thinks that anything is amiss. Will Ivy figure out what happened to her sister before it is too late?

I ended up liking The Last Confession of Autumn Casterly more by the ending than the beginning. The biggest problem that I had with the book is that it has been done before. Autumn's story, from the event that put her down a dangerous path to her troubles with illegal substances, is nothing new. The only part of the story that was a little unique was the interesting connection between the sisters. The message gets lost, which makes The Last Confession of Autumn Casterly not stand out in any meaningful way.
