This was my first read by Meredith Tate, and I definitely was NOT disappointed. Her writing style is truly amazing. I'd label this book as a Young Adult Thriller, and it definitely kept my interest from page one. I truly could NOT put the book down once I got into it. It had every element I look for in a good book!
It tackles a very IMPORTANT subject, and I think every teen should pick this book up. It touches down upon family, secrets and how we can be let down by places/people that we should be able to trust.
It definitely is slightly dark at times, but man what a powerful read!
