My grandmother taught me to knit many years ago. This book is beautifully written and I am sure I will get a lot of use from it. Beginners can use this and learn many techniques that will stay with them for a life time. But, old hands like myself can always use refreshers on age old practices. This book will be one that will be used often and passed down to children learning this art. Many of our arts are fading away and that is a shame. Anyone who has thought they would like to learn knitting should just take the time. Find a mentor to help and open this book. I thank the author for the beautiful work put into this project. You are using your art to help others learn and that is why we are given the gifts that we possess.
