This book is fantastic. I know I only read a small portion but the bit I read taught me a lot. I have never tried knitting but I can crochet. I have always intimidated by knitting because there are two needles. This book would be very helpful to me and really anyone trying to knit. I could even see it being useful for someone who is a skilled knitter. It is easy to understand and follow. The structure of the book makes it easier to understand an intimidating subject. Also the fact that there were some pictures is nice. The pictures are not overwhelming but instead are a welcome break up between the words. Also the size of the words is perfect. I will be purchasing this book for the library where I work.
