As a major crocheter, knitting is difficult craft to understand. The language is hard to understand and making the stitches is harder than crocheting. I tried many times to pick up the craft, but I was always confused and quit. The Knitter's Dictionary is a perfect book for beginners who are interested in learning. Kate Atherley explains in detail that anyone could understand. It was easy to follow instructions for patterns and yarn labels. She also has tips for buying yarn for the right project and other references to look at. This would be a book that I'll add to my craft library for future projects and references. I would recommend it anyone who is in between beginner to advanced knitters.
