Take a trip down to Savannah, Georgia for this highly anticipated-mystery filled with a territorial treasure hunt, lies and secrets, and summer heat that brings out the worst in everyone.

I have to say, Kingdoms of Savannah read like a Young Adult Novel for me, and I really couldn't keep up, so I did in fact mark it as a DNF on my stack. I've heard that several of my friends did enjoy the book, but it just wasn't my cup of tea. There was way too much dialogue taking place at any given minute and I felt like the "bad guys" had virtually no point, other than to just exist.

I was really drawn in by this book at first, because I loved Savannah, Georgia, from the time that I was a little girl to even now. Its rich roots stuck in time make for the perfect historical tour through time. Somehow, after flipping through the pages of this book, I get a sour taste in my mouth, and I don't know that I would recommend it to anyone.
