I was truly hopeful about this book. Loved the premise - murder, ghost tours and secrets.
The second line, "In an hour Luke will be murdered, stabbed to death, and Stony will be snatched off the streets and hurled into darkness." had me hooked.
But, as I kept reading, I found it wasn't my style. I didn't care for the raunchy words and crude remarks the character made in the prologue. It turn me off.
Chapter 1, was better not so crude, however, I didn't want to read about the terrible way the mother treated her child. I'm just so done with 'sad'. I want mystery and mayhem.
