I do love mysteries, but I'm not quite sure about this. It does sound interesting, based on the premise, but the pace in the sample was a bit too slow for my taste. I hope that would pick up as the story unfolds. The cover is okay, but I'm not sure it'd draw me in if I saw it on a bookshelf. I've never read anything by this author, but I have read books by this publisher, so it's possibly I'd enjoy this one.
