This book opens with a bang; the Prologue definitely gets one's attention. Bi-polar Luke and Stony have just started to wander through the storybook part of Savannah en route to their favorite bar when they hear the whistling of a man known as the Musician. First creepy fact: no one ever sees him, and he wanders around all night whistling. From here, it goes downhill fast when Stony gets unwanted attention from some dudes who are not a part of this bar's crowd. Hallucinations, drugs in drinks, and then on to Morgana Musgrove, an alcoholic mother who verbally abused her son Ransom.

Whew! There's already a lot going on in just 20 pages. I'm not sure how heavy on the supernatural elements this book might be. Will there be ghosts to flesh out the bus loads of ghost tours? It would be interesting to read it and find out.
