This is the story of Wolfgang Mozart and his equally talented but less known sister Nannerl. The story taked place in Austria in the 1700's a time when women are not even allowed to compose their own music. Mozart is younger than Nannerl and although she loves her brother as any sister should she still experiences the tiniest bit of envy and longs to be appreciated and remembered.
I was really looking forward to this book. The cover is beautiful and the copy I received even came with gilded edges. The story however fell short for me. For me this book fell more into middle grade then young adult. If I were much younger I probably would have loved it. The priceling's quests were uneventful and dull. There was no action or suspense. From the moment it began you knew exactly how it would play out.
Not the best book for me but maybe for someone under 14.
