This book is a tale of Nannerl and Woferl Mozart, also know as Maria Anna and Wolfgang Mozart, who are brother and sister musical prodigies. This book is the fictional tale set in the 1700s. You follow the sister and brother as they grow up and explore not only their artistic abilities but another world they discovered late one night with help of a new friend who isn’t who they seem.
I really enjoyed the story because it was very pretty and lyrical. I would recommend that anyone who likes fantasy, historical fiction and strong sibling bonads. that is explored throughout the story. Nannerl’s desire to be remembered forever and to be praised felt so relatable it made it very easy to root for her. Her relationships with her family were nice to read and I enjoyed that she had the opportunity to have her I told you so kind of moment in the end. I would recommend this book to anyone.
