This book is fantastic. The characters are dynamic and full of personality. I loved the characters’ voices and the way in which they interact with each other. The setting is fabulous. It is vibrant and a place I was sad to leave once I had finished reading. The writing, not surprisingly. Is beautiful. This author has a wonderful way of telling a story and taking you on a trip. I can’t wait to purchase this for the high school library where I work. It is going to be a hit. I especially love the cover. I was drawn to this book before I knew what it was about because of the cover. It is a work of art and doesn’t look like your typical YA fantasy cover, which are becoming boring and identical. Perfect for fantasy and music fans.
