From start to finish there was never a boring moment. Oftentimes recently I have found that books have taken multiple chapters to catch my attention but this book captures me right away. The Kinder Poison, while I am a little confused about the title, caught me up to where I read it in under 2 days with little interruption.I have read many fantasy novels however I am excited to say that this book somehow didn’t have almost any features that reminded me too much of other books that I have read before. It is super unique in that it seemed to be completely different from all other books that I have read. The world building was amazing and I felt completely transported into the story. I absolutely adored the main character and loved the thrill of trying to discern whether Prince Jet was telling the truth in the first part of the book. While many mysteries were solved throughout the book even more arose, causing the suspenseful atmosphere that didn’t let me stop reading.
