I am a Stargate fan, and the cover image definitely reminded me of the original series. The first few pages almost lost me while setting up the atmosphere of the story, but as the action started I was drawn in. I look forward to reading more of the interplay between the society that doesn't want to admit what they've found and the society that didn't mean to be found.
