I haven’t read the first book of this series, but I’m definitely going to pick it up after reading the first few chapters of this one! I love the writing style. Each character has a very unique personality, which is seen from details of their actions, descriptions, or sayings. You can tell that a lot of thought went into creating each character, even if they’re only seen for a short time. There’s also a lot of detail used, but not too much that it distracts from the story, so it’s easy to picture exactly what is happening, making it more realistic. I’m enjoying the plot so far, I’ll need to buy this book eventually so I can finish it! This is a very unique mystery, super thrilling. I need more Alice Vega!
