Wow! What a book! Louisa Vega has done it again with The Janes. She is such a fantastic writer and her character development is on point. I love that Louisa Vega uses her voice as an author to write about real life issues. Human trafficking is what The Janes whole story is about and it is a very real threat in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and beyond! Major props to Louisa Vega for tackling this important but delicate issue. Another thing that gave this book a five star review from me was Louisa Vegas ability to make the reader (me) believe they discovered the identity of the evil suspect but just when you think you've got it all solved then...wham! Major surprise at the very end of the book will have you shocked! Great book!
