This sounds like a super interesting read! I've heard of The Bright Sessions podcast so I was really interested to see what this story is about, since most of the podcast is from Dr. Bright's point of view.
Caleb is an empath in high school and with the help of his therapist Dr. Bright is trying to figure out how to navigate life with his ability. Adam is a quiet and smart boy at Caleb's high school. Adam's parents are neuroscientists and so Adam gets left alone most of the time.
I'm really interested to see how these characters continue to develop throughout the story. I like when books give you chapters from different character's points of view. It's nice to see the story from different angles.
