Before reading this book I was introduced to the Podcast The Bright Sessions, essentially superheros going to therapy. Maybe my problem was i compared it to the podcast too frequently, because i LOVED the podcast, but i didn't LOVE this book. It was insightful into the world of teenagers, where we all once were - with LGBTQ+ issues where some of us may not be too knowledgeable in - this book has intrigued me to learn more about this world. I has a hard time completely investing myself in the characters and the story line, but i did find myself involved in the development of the relationships and i did enjoy the love story in this book. The time jumps also caught me off guard and made me lose focus.
Besides this, I enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting it down at times.
