The cover was what caught my eye in the first place. It looked like organized chaos and in the middle of it, two shining people. I don't think I've ever seen myself in a book this fast. In the little that I read, I connected with the characters. I connected to Caleb and all the emotions he felt but couldn't quite explain. I connected with Adam and his feelings of being alone and sad. Seeing myself in a book has always been important to me. Finding characters that I relate to helps me feel a little less alone. Even if they aren't real, they know my problems. Reading about characters surviving through whatever is they're going through gives me the courage to do it with them.
