I found this book very simple, BUT the message extremely heavy (may not be suitable for most - touches on AIDS, suicide, and death). Do you want to know any aspect of your future? Well that’s what the characters of the book seek. Chloe Benjamin uses the characters voices to easily narrate through the trials and tribulations over different timelines. We can have this debate all day of free-will versus fate regardless of what you believe in. Would you live your life differently if you knew when you were going to die? What stops you from fully living life now? I personally would not want to know! How about you? The character depth shows what different people would do in this situation. I felt attached to some more than others but was rooting for all of them. Overall, a great book that tugs at all the heartstrings.
