The concept is what really caught my attention and even reading the first bit of the book makes you think about your life in a way that not much can. One of the first things that I noticed was how attached to the characters I became even within a few pages which is a hard thing to accomplish - even in the most mundane cases I found myself really getting immersed in the characters thoughts and actions.
The writing is WONDERFUL. It's beautiful and poetic without getting frilly and over-dramatic. This is going to be a book that surprises me, I can tell already and I can't wait!
overall, i really liked this book and the characters were great! i read it quite long ago but still this book is one i could go back and reread!!
The only downfall for me is I couldn't get much with the bit of sample, I have a feeling this book might be a slow burn and I'm not always good with those!
