I was a little turned off with the first two sentences of the story, but the writer quickly made up for it with her writing style which I enjoyed. The dialog moved quickly and was filled with short sentences rather than long winded paragraphs. It really moved the story along at a pace that was interesting and engaging.
The plot is intriguing and I'm really interested in learning more about these four children. I like how the book is broken up into different sections for each child individually as the books progresses rather than continuing to lump the four of them together. I'm excited to see how each person grows and changes over the course of the story and of course I'm really excited to see how it ends!
