When I opened this book and read the first few pages, I was hooked! The story of the four Gold children seeking out the psychic woman was immediately captivating.
What would you change about your life, and how would you live differently if you knew when you would die? I loved the concept. It was wonderful to switch between all four individual perspectives as the journey went on, letting you view the minds eye of each character.
This was beautiful and powerful as it takes this one moment and expands on how it changed all of their lives so completely. Sometimes for the better, often times for the worse. You’ll question fate versus choice as you immerse yourself in their lives and decisions.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a thought provoking fiction that is well written, and a little magical. What a wonderful ride. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
