When I starting reading this book, I wasn't entirely sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I got. I really liked what I got with the multiple perspectives of fish out of water in the Hamptons of those who were not the top 1%. The mystery aspects of the story were also unexpected but added a dimension to the story I was not expecting. I expected the story to be a straightforward examination of a woman's failing marriage within a community where she could no longer afford to live. There was a lot of insight into the art collecting and art museum community that I really enjoying reading throughout the course of this story. Overall, it was very enjoyable to read and I definitely would recommend to others.
