This book's cover doesn't do the subject justice. I would expect it to be darker and grittier. I can relate to Emily and her suspicions of the men that show up at her house - it's something I was always aware of as a rural kid. I am interested in seeing where Emily's story takes her. I'm not sure how much of a "series" this plot line could spin into though.
