There's a lot going on here. It's written in first person with a feel like the character is just explaining what is going on as it's happening. The sci-fi vibes it's giving off reminds me of a bit of a mix from Ghost In Shell, Alita Battle Angel, and a bit of Star Wars - or Star Trek. One thing I've figured out is our main character is a cyborg -who has been heavily enhanced and altered and that they are on a job to steel something.
