I was immediately drawn to this book by the cover, it is so intriguing and eye-catching! And after reading the First Look for “The Headmaster’s List,” I am hooked and can’t wait to read on! This novel feels very modern and true-to-life, in part due to the true-crime podcast focus and the setting of an elite, uber competitive high school. I especially like the inclusion of the transcripts for the police reports, podcasts, etc. as it breaks up the novel and adds extra interest. I only wish this was geared towards an older audience! Nonetheless, I’m truly excited to find out what happens next!
