I love young adult stories and horror/mystery/psychological is another favorite genre, so I thought this book would be right up my alley. And I was not wrong!
Hendricks Becker-O'Malley is new in town. She learns from her new house is notorious. Local legend says it's haunted. She thinks it's just gossip d...until she starts hearing voices at night and doors start locking on their own and then her baby brother is rushed to the hospital after being hurt by something in the house...
This book started a little slow. I was here for a scary read, so get to the scary! But once it got going, it got going! It was fun and scary. Hendricks and her family in their new house were interesting. And Eddie and the relationship there was fun.
Good book. Worth checking out.
