I can see other people being interested in this, but this type of writing didn't pull me in. I enjoy mysteries and thrillers, but the writing style wasn't for me. It was choppy and didn't really set a mood. Nothing grasped me to want me to keep reading. I didn't connect with him. I didn't want to follow him on his journey.
