A French Crime Story with a Tarot Card Killer!!

This First Look started off with an attempted assassination on the French President. Then, it went straight into the hung man. I never read the first installment, and I would like to but I think this book would be a great read as well. It sounds pretty thrilling which is right up my alley!!
