The author does a great job of allowing the reader to relate to and empathize with the characters right from the start. I think she also does a great job of relating to women with fertility issues as well as marriage difficulties. I love that she is able to express different perceptions people have based on different situations and topics through the story. I can't believe that I care about the characters introduced in thsi story after only 26 pages. Really looking forward to reading this one! I have high expectations now after the sample!
