I was drawn by the beautiful cover, fascinated by the world in which they live, and you never know what to expect from desperate girls.
They don’t choose their lives of eventual prostitution and the flowery marks on the side of their throats mark them for what they are or will become. An accidental killing forces five girls to trust each other so that they might escape. I got sucked in by the writing with my 'First Look' at 60 pages/4 chapters which gave me a good sense of the world building (sounds quite scary) and the characters (endearing underdogs) - especially the two main characters.I look forward to see just where this story goes.
