I haven't delved into YA fantasy in awhile, and this was the perfect gateway back in. It's a very strong female lead, which is a breath of fresh air to see.
For thos being a first from this author from me, I can honestly say it wont be the last if her words I read. She crafts a brilliant story with strong characters and a unique plot. From page one, you're instantly captivated and dragged into an world you'll find you dont want to leave once you reach that last page.
