This was such an intriguing, realistic and emotional look into what those who suffer from anorexia go through. Their struggles were at time heart wrenching. But not only that, it showed us what their family and friends go through as well watching their loved one suffer and try to heal. The daily struggles was a lot to take at times and it made my heart hurt and i had to put it down a few times. I've never personally known anyone with the disease so this was uncharted territory foe me. But the writing just pulls you into each and every one of the characters and their lives. The author did such an amazing job with handling the subject with care and grace and it was a great read and one that will stick with you.
