This is a great debut book. The characters are very relatable and the story is quite compelling. I basically read this book in one day. I also shared it with some of my ftiends, who felt the same way as I did.

I liked how there were different types of illnesses represented at 17 Swann Street. It gave a more comprehensive look as to the different types of eating disorders there are, and how differently each young woman was dealing with it. And the support that they gave each other was amazing.

It was also extremely sad in parts. How someone could possibly ignore what is happening is almost unfathomable.

My only criticisms are that I felt tje time in treatment was not long enough, or that certain issues pertaining to past events were not dealt with.
