A fast, emotional read on a topic that is all too timely for many young women. I found Anna to be a likable character. It was interesting to see her grow from denial of her condition, to acceptance and understanding of what led to her stay at 17 Swann Street. It was refreshing to see the strength of her character to face her fear and commit to trying, knowing there was a chance at missteps and that it would be hard. I also found it satisfying to see Anna's relationships with the other girls. The support the women show for each other was uplifting and something we all need in our life, good times and bad. The authors style of writing for this difficult story was perfect. The read flowed easily and was well paced. I will definitely watch for the next story from this author.
