This book was not at all what I expected it to be. Going in i was expecting a spooky story of girls all living together and struggling together. I expected a little bit of a mystery.
Instead what I got was a story of girls living through struggles with food together. They are placed into a strict residential program because of their relationship with food.
They all have something they are working toward, and together they are stronger.
I really appreciated the author's unique voice she gave to these girls as well as being honest with the struggles they were facing. She told a very honest story and I appreciated the candidness of a difficult topic.
