Thank you St. Martin's Press for this arc. I read it in a day as I could not put it down. The writing by Yara Zgheib is just beautiful and engaging. The story so powerful. I have the opposite relationship with food so I never understood how someone could react differently to it. This gave me some good insights. Although I am not sure if Anna's issues with moving to America and no longer being able to dance and being home alone in a new country were quite dealt with. We also do not get to see her repair her relationship with her sister. A part of me wonders if any of this is based on the author's own experiences.
