I sincerely hope that this is only the first book in a series about the girls on Swann Street. As I read, I became enchanted with the girls - all of them. They truly had different lives and circumstances that led them to the same place. I want (NEED) to hear Emm’s story, and Julia, and Sarah, and Valerie. Their characters were just as, if not even more, interesting than Anna’s.

Having worked with girls who have eating disorders for the last two years, every word in this story rings true. It’s a hard fight every day, a battle, a war, against yourself to do the things most people find to be simple. This book was a great representation of that. I am not used to reading this type of story, but I loved the writing and the subject. Highly recommended!
