Another fantastic book in this series! The story and world is so immersive and rich. I love the Russian folklore and background. Vasya and Morozko are such great characters. Vasya is so loyal to her family and wants to save Moscow, Russia, and all of the magical world and creatures. Unfortunately, as a female, she's limited to what she is allowed to do. She's courageous and determined and I am hoping she's able to save everyone she loves. I think she can do it!
I thought the author had really hit it out of the park with The Bear and the Nightingale. This book was even better.
I cannot wait to read the third book of this series. This is definitely a book that I would recommend to family or friends that are interested in this sort of story.
