I’ve read a tiny snippet of this book and already I’ve fallen in love!
The lush world building, the fabulous beginning hat hooks in readers perfectly and the way there’s still an air of mystery surrounding everything are just some of the reasons I loved this extract so much.
It starts of by introducing you to ‘a girl’ who has no name who is somewhere near Moscow which immediately drew me in - I love mystery and intrigue!
Another unique thing about it is that it’s set around russian folk law which while it happens isn’t something i see many books focusing on so that contributed to why I found it so amazing and so intriguing.
