A couple months ago I read The Bear and the Nightingale, and Arden wrote it so well that I was addicted. I can really picture the characters and all of the Russian names really got me immersed into the story. When I heard there was a sequel, I couldn't wait to get a hold of it, so this first taste was excellent! I can't wait to read the rest of the book!
