Lots of tension and non-stop

Dark secrets, library, juvenile prison... the synopsis got me intrigued and it seems exciting! Not a usual plot, this book should be good for fans of mystery. Plot driven, I can see a lot of tension and non-stop action. I only didn't love the cover.
