The cover is intriguing. With the very first line, I was completely hooked on the prologue. The girl is running from a man that has killed her mother and baby sister. She hides in the woods and soon we realize this is a dream. The first chapter picks up four years from the murders with "Annie" on the run. While I loved the prologue, the first couple of chapters felt a tad far-fetched. "Annie" has been on the run since she was twelve. I would love to read more though!
